Tagging Posts

  Hello! I have been struggling to use my ‘tag’ function when publishing a post. I’ll mark my category I want then go to my tags section and I’ll add a tag or two and then it’s like the page refreshes and I lose the opportunity to add more tags or do anything else with my post. What am I doing wrong or how can I fix it? Also, how can I go back to a published post and edit the tags?

  Editing tags is a bit different than adding them to a new post, so that’s definitely something that can be confusing.

  Have you tried these steps here?

  You can add a new tag by clicking the Add New Tag button in the upper right corner. This will bring up the Add New Tag screen. You can fill out fields for the tag name and (optional) description, then click Add to save.

  Hi there,

  The editor freezing like that points to a browser issue.

  Can you check if clearing your browser cache helps? If you’re using any browser add-ons, also try disabling those.

  Does the same thing happen if you log in using a different browser?

  Hello everyone!

  I really appreciate you guys getting back with me! I haven’t figured out why the glitch happens while making the post, but I did figure out how to go back and tag them afterwards. It’s happening on my laptop and my boyfriends desktop. Weird… But I can work around it until I figure out how to fix it.
