Tagging problem in new wordpress

  Frankly speaking I hate the new wordpress.

  The old one is better (maybe because I’m used to it) and practical.

  At old wordpress I can just type new tag if I never use it in my previous post.

  But now? I can’t add new tags :(

  I tried to look for the way but perhaps I missed it I still can’t add new tags.

  This is a problem for me, please help me

  Tags and Categories panel is to the left of the Edit Post screen as shown in http://d.pr/i/SCNr

  Do you see something else there?
