  Published a post without tags , now that I added them afterwards, do I have to repost again for better spread?
  Another thing; how do I bring my Name into connection with my site/blog so that it appears in search engines ?

  There is no need to republish a post when adding tags later. They will still be indexed.

  You would need to start using your name prominently on your blog for search engines to make that connection. A good start would be to make an About page with your name and a biography. You could also “sign” your posts with your name within the post’s body text, it looks like you currently sign with initials.

  Or change your display name to your real name to mark that you’ve written the post in the page’s information.
