Tagline and Mobile Menu background Colour

  Hello
  I hope you can help me please

  The background colour for Goran Tagline and background colour for Goran Mobile Menu is a charcoal grey (and goes black on hover in the mobile menu) is there anyway to change the background colour in CSS?
