Tagline doesn’t appear on the heather

  Tagline doesn’t appear in the header after I clicked ” Save changes” .Only color of blog name changed but tagline doesn’t appear . I use Redoable Lite by Dean Robinson theme . Is it possible to be this the reason ?

  It looks like that theme doesn’t display taglines.
