Is it possible to enlarge the text of my blog’s tagline in the Twenty Ten theme? Thanks!

I believe that’s possible if you purchase an annually renewable CSS editing upgrade. I know it’s not possible without it.
Since there is no official Staff support for the CSS upgrade, and precious little Volunteer support, I recommend that you don’t buy the upgrade unless you have at least moderate understanding of HTML and CSS because you must be prepared to do the work on your own.
If you are considering purchasing the upgrade, you can go to Appearance > Edit CSS. There wordpress has provided a preview function where you can try before you buy.

BTW I just viewed your tagline. If you want it to be effective and to be displayed by Google in search engines page results then I recommend that you do not create a tagline that exceeds 67 characters in length including spaces.
