  How do I get my tagline to show up on a mobile?

  It looks like you’re using the Cubic theme: https://wordpress.com/theme/cubic

  It doesn’t appear that the site tagline is supported in the mobile version of the theme.

  This means it would require custom CSS which is available on the Premium or Business plans: https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/
