Tagline not showing in Pilcrow Theme

  Having put a tagline in Settings – General, it doesn’t show at the top of any of the pages where I was hoping it would show. It does show at the very bottom in very small font.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Pilcrow theme is not designed to display a Tagline.
