Tagline showing in header on mobile devices

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi,
In Twenty Eleven, I’m using a custom header and have display text switched off. On computers it’s fine. On mobile devices the Tagline in General Settings appears on top of the header.

What can I do to stop the Tagline appearing in my header on mobile devices?

    Thanks for you help.

Thank you for your reply, will the link be published ?

Yes. The reason we ask for the link is to confirm that you are actually referring to a free hosted WordPress.com blog. This forum is only for those with free hosted WordPress.com blogs but 30% of those who post here actually ought to be posting to http://wordpress/ORG/support/

Please read this entry: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org: The Differences If and only if you are referring to a free hosted WordPress.com blog then you can contact Staff directly rather than posting the link into this thread by using this link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.
