  On the mainpage there are tags, and by selecting these it will link to various blogs under these tags so that you might find something that interests you, but how do I add these to my blog? I don’t quite understand

  You add tags to the posts you make on your blog. (Always give a link to your blog when requesting help on the forum, by the way.)
  Go to your post edit screen and then look at the left for a module to add tags.
