Hi There,
If you would like to add a tag or change a tag on a particular post you can go to My Sites – Blog Posts, then edit the post. Once you are in the edit screen on the left you can see “Categories & Tags”. Click on that section and you can then add or change your tag(s).Also here is a support page that can assist as well if you would like more information:

Note that you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the site to do what I post below.
The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

1. To edit or delete a category assigned to a post (whether it’s a draft or has already been published), go to Dashboard → Posts → All Posts in your dashboard, hover over the title and click the Edit link. To delete the post click the Trash link.

2. To edit/delete categories in your dashboard go to Dashboard → Posts → Categories

3. To edit or delete dynamic category pages from your custom menu go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus

4. To edit or delete Tags go to

And don’t forget that newer users in the My Site/Calypso dashboard can now edit and delete tags and categories via “Settings” “Writing”.
