combining tags of two different ones into one. Example Fuchsia OS and Fuchsia OS2 into just Fuchsia OS in WP Admin or elsewhere without manually changing individual pages.

For some clarification: when you a bulk action of renaming tags, they can’t be the same as an existing tag. I am looking for an automated method to basically append the renamed tags to an existing list.

The options for editing tags in bulk are in the wp admin editor.
What site are you working on? How many posts are involved?

That doesn’t append to what’s already there. This may not be possible on a non-paid plan, but trying to check it out anyway.

If I understand correctly you’d like to merge tags without having to also update each tag on posts? If that’s the case, you won’t be able to do that here.
There might be some plugins that would help with it (I’m not aware of any) but, as you mentioned, to use plugins you’ll need to upgrade to plan Business. -
That’s what I thought. Too bad I can’t get to the underlying database that powers the tags because it would be a join type of SQL statement or whatever the equivalent on a no-SQL version. Thanks.
