  Hi there,

  Are you referring to the Tag Cloud block?
  https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/tag-cloud-block/

  With the Tag Cloud block, the most common tags are displayed.

  As far as I know, there are no options that lets you select the tags to display.
