  Sure, just edit the post, add some tags via the box to the right, and click the blue Update button.

  Can I change themes at any time?

  Any time you want to from the Appearance section of your blog’s Dashboard.

  How can I see who is following or checking out my posts?

  There is a link to your follower list near the bottom-right of your stats interface.
