  If I add a tag widget (that cloud thing ;o), does that mean I don’t have to tag each post? Not sure how this works…

  You don’t have to. It’ll only show tags you have used, of course.

  These days search engines pay more attention to your keywords in your content than they do to your keywords in Tags/Categories.
