  How can I add tags to my pages so they are recognized in google if these words are entered for a search re my pages?

  If you want them for search engines, just don’t add them. Tags were and are abused, so search engines nowadays pay attention to your content rather than your tags. If a word is in the title or the content of your post, search engines don’t need a tag to find it.
