How do I create a list of tags to insert into a post in one click rather than picking them one by one? As a photographer, the field is HUGELY competitive, so I find myself tagging each post with 20 to 40 tags each time. I would like to create a specific list of tags for each type of post I make (executive portraits, headshots, high school seniors, etc.). As it is now, I have to go into the list of “most used tags” and select each tag one at a time. This can take as long as 10 minutes to simply tag a post. I checked the FAQ and found nothing. There’s GOT to be a better way. Please advise.

    Hi there,

You can add multiple tags to a post at once by making a list of tags with a comma between each one. For example, if you enter “apples, oranges, bananas” in the Tags box in the editor, it will add three tags: “apples”, “oranges”, and “bananas”.

However, I want to mention that you may be better off adding fewer, more specific tags to your posts. If you add more than 15 tags and categories (total) you may reach fewer readers. We have more about that here: Tags in the Reader

Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
