  How can I set my blog so that you can search tags within my blog?

  The search function on blogs search according to the title and content, but not tags and categories. There’s no way to change that. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/search-widget/#what-it-searches

  If you want readers to be able to see all posts under various tags, the best option is to include a tag cloud widget, but it will only show a limited number of your tags and show the ones most used. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/tag-cloud-widget/
