Tags and Search Engines
-
Hi. My blog is located here: http://brokersalliance.wordpress.com/
I have many tags and some are very specific, but they do not seem to show up on Google, ever. I have had previous WordPress blogs that showed up fairly quickly. But now, nothing.
I realize that my blog is not what blog enthusiasts would classify as a “blog,” but I use it to diversify my business and I like the layout and love WordPress.
Also, would there be any advantage to deleting categories, or are categories absolutely necessary.
If anyone has any tips on how I could get my tags to show up on Google or other search engines, your reply is appreciated.
Thank you.

I did a search on one of my tages, and the following came up on Google:
Income 125 Annuity — Blogs, Pictures, and more on WordPressIncome 125 Annuity. Sorry, we don’t have any posts here with that tag. You may want to try one of the … Find other items tagged with “income-125-annuity”: …

This will help:

Your blog is indexed by Google:
http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en-au&q=site:brokersalliance.wordpress.com
If your blog isn’t showing up in search results for the terms you want, that’s because Google doesn’t think your blog is relevant.
