tags covered by an X

  The first letter of my tags on the admin is always covered by an X. When I publish a new post, there appears on the admin a new page presenting this post. On it’s right side (in Hebrew) there is a widget showing the number of this post and other details, among them a list of the tags in this post. The first letter of these tags is always covered by an X sign. I just want to make sure that this is correct, and my tags appear as they should on the net.
