Tags get changed when I update my post

  When I tag a post with a C# tag, then click update, the tag gets changed to C++. For example, https://birdsbits.wordpress.com/2015/03/15/c-pass-by-reference-concept-and-example/

  On the above post, I have repeatedly added C# as a tag, but whenever I update the post the tag turns to C++

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there!

  Let’s adjust your Tag’s slug to make an adjustment to the way it appears on your site.

  1. Click the link below:
     https://birdsbits.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=post_tag&message=3
  2. Select to Edit C++
  3. You’ll be taken to the Edit Tag page. Where you see C++, change the name to C#
  4. Then, save your changes
