TAGS (i'm confused)

    I’m hoping someone can help me here. I’m confused about tags. I have a food blog an i’ve associated about 100 tags with it. I researched in wordpress support and they say you need no more than 10 per post. I thought the more you have the better.

    The more tags per post you use, the more they’ll tend to be considered tag spamming and ignored by search engines. Search engines now focus on your content, not your tags. See Google’s own Matt Cutts on this:
