Tags in feed are misencoded as iso-8859-2

  I discovered that the tags are assumed to be encoded with latin-2 when the image for the feed is made. As an example, the currenly first item in http://blog.foolip.org/feed/ is tagged in Swedish and Chinese: Jordbävning, Kina, Sichuan, 地震, 中国, 四川. However, in the feed I see “Jordbävning, Kina, Sichuan, 四ĺˇ, 地震, 中国”, which seems to be the result of a latin-2 misencoding.   I don’t quite see why an image is used at all, but given that it is, how about using the correct encoding for the blog in question?
