tags line placement

  How can I move the tags line from the top of the page to the bottom on the theme DePo Masthead?

  The answer to your question is that requires purchasing a custom deign upgrade http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/ and doing the required CSS editing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/editing-css/

  DePo Masthead, is now retired. http://theme.wordpress.com/retired/depo-masthead/ You can use it but changing themes is recommended.
