Tags – mixed capitalization?

  Is there a way to set all tags to capitalized (1st letter) or not-capitalized (1st letter). It’s perhaps more than a little pedantic – but have the odd tag with a Capital letter and other without – just irritates me a little.

  Wait! Let me take that back. Perhaps if you purchase and annually renewable custom design upgrade you can chnage that by CSS editing. The upgrade is $30. per year.
