Tags not appearing on post pages

  Hi gang, I have not been able to figure out how to display the tags on my posts in one of my wp.com blogs. If you look at a sample page, https://jmjfkn.wordpress.com/2016/12/05/the-essential-oxygene/ there is no tag list, no tag area, no tag collection. I can’t figure out wether I have missed a setting, forgotten to enable tags somewhere, or if tags are not supported in my theme. Any ideas?
