Tags not indexing on reader

  Hello, I have just started a new WordPress site and my second post has quite a few tags, but if I search those tags in reader, my post does not some up…any ideas why?! My previous post indexed fine so I don’t know what I did differently!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Ah, I just read on another thread that tags+categories must be 15 or fewer, so that’s probably it! I’ve deleted some and will see if it comes up in searches later!

  Another answer might be that your new settings don’t make it easy for search engines to find your site. Go to “My Site” in the upper left-hand corner of the screen, click on “Settings,” scroll down to “Visibility” and make sure that “Allow search engines to index this site” has been chosen. This made all the difference for my new site.

  Thanks for the response. I had already checked the visibility. Almost immediately after I removed the tags that took them over 15 the post popped up on reader searches!
