Tags not saving in Fluent automations

  • Unknown's avatar

I have exhausted all my options with this issue. I have asked Fluent support, WooCommerce support, no one knows what’s happening.

I have Fluent CRM integrated into my site, and upon trying to create automations, the first part of the funnel ‘set tag’ won’t save. I am not sure if it has anything to do with setting up the second part of the funnel, which is always ‘send custom email’. Every time I try to save the email, the tag disappears from the first part of the automation.
    Please help!

  • Hi there,

I do not see any sites under your @aed08201990 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

    Hi!

This was confusing to me as well. I thought, since I have a login as an administrator on the site, that it was through WordPress. That isn’t the case.

    The site is: insighteventsusa.com

    [REMOVED SITE CREDENTIALS]

    Thank you!

@aed08201990 – you are posting to a public support forum. Posting your website login credentials publicly is opening your website to anyone who comes across this post. I strongly recommend you update your login password immediately to prevent unauthorized access.

I also removed those credentials from your post and we are not retaining that information.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

However, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

Since the problem seems to be with the Fluent CRM automations specifically, you probably should reach back out to their support to get an answer to your question and get more information as to what specifically is causing the problem if they continue to say that it is not their plugin causing the issue.
