Tags not working

  Hi, I have found that tags are not working on my blog and people can’t see what I have written unless they are following my blog. I wrote 3 posts this week and tagged makeup and none of them appeared. I have taken down the posts and edited the tags down to 15 and reposted them and still they are not showing. Please can you advise how this can be fixed as I am working on my posts and no one new can search for them or see them.
