tags will not delete

  I am deleting many tags, so under Posts – Tags. Tags will not delete.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi hcbcb, if you are selecting several tags to delete, you need to select each one (checkmark in its box), then choose “delete” in the bulk actions up top, and THEN you need to hit “apply” to the right of the bulk actions. That works when I do it.

  Or you can also individually delete each tag by clicking delete under the tag title.

  Thank you! I tried that but it still will not work. hmm? I will try to get live chat and see if they know what is up.

  Hi hcbcb, wow, I’m sorry you are still having trouble with this.

  When you are trying to delete are you sure you are logged on as an administrator of your blog?

  I will try to post a tag for support staff to look at this thread. As timethief always says, be sure you are subscribed to this topic so you’ll be notified when they reply– you can click to subscribe in the right sidebar.

  I see you chatted with Andy recently about this issue. Are you still running into trouble or were you able to delete those tags?
