That’s not possible on a wordpress.COM site. You need to hire a web host and set up a wordpress.ORG software install. See: moving to self hosted wordpress http://move.wordpress.com
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Many people get confused about the two. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
