Take a deep breath, newbie in a panic

Good afternoon to all….
I wanted to decide on the name of a blog later. Today, after a very long and painful process, I came up with my final decision, and chose “Bewitching Kitchen” as my blog’s name. But, when I go to try and put this name to my previous domain, I could not find a way to do it. So, I ended up registering another blog under my domain, with this link.

Sooo, all of a sudden I went from non-blogger to a double-pseudo-blogger, and still don’t know what the heck I am doing.
if you open those links, you will see that the headers are different, but I have no idea how in one case the text ended up INSIDE the picture, in the other one it is floating above. How do I change from one format to the other?
Is it possible to change the font and/or size of the title under the theme I picked? (Cutline).
more importantly, is my head ever stop hurting now that I decided to join the dark side?

You’re using a different theme for each blog. Each theme handles headers differently. You can preview them all and pick the one you like.
