Take account offline

  I would like to take my account offline, but not delete it. How do I do that? Thanks.

  You can’t take an account “offline” without deleting it. You either have a WordPress.com account or you don’t. You can however make your site Private via “Manage” “Settings” “General”. Scroll down to “Private” and “Save settings”.
