Take control of WordPress created for my company by someone else.

    I just purchased the Temagami Outfitting Co., in Temagami, ON.

    A past employee (who is not available to assist me) started a WordPress site / blog. I would like to remove the site completely or at least gain access to it.

    You will ever gain access to the site – it is owned by the person who set it up – WordPress.COM will not hand sites over just because you want it – best to make nice to the old employee and get them to transfer it to you.

    The most that will happen is that the site might be set to private, but not deleted and the bar for messing with someone else’s site is quite high. Would you want me to say I am you and take your site away?

    You might have a bit of a claim they are impersonating you and doing damage (if they are really doing damage) but the site looks like the worst that be said it that it is stale.
