Taken money again without my permission

  This happened last year and was supposed to be sorted.
  I do not have access to the site your charging me for. My emails dont work, my passwords dont work. I cant access the forums to say, stop doing this. So every fucking year you rob me of money because I cant talk to an actual human being.
  If the site your charging me for isnt connected to my emails, stop taking my money when I ask you repeatedly. This was supposed to be sorted last year.

  That being said, your account was created less than an hour ago. Please don’t post any transaction IDs on these forums, but it may help if you can confirm the URL of the site you’re being charged for.
