taken money out of my account after i wanted a refund why?

  Dear Sir/Madam

  After i asked for a refund you gave it to me and then took it black out the same day. i would like to have my £76. Why was it taken out?

  I see that a refund was processed back on 1/3. If you were charged, you should see the refund posted to your bank statement within 7-10 days. So, within the next few days, if you have not seen anything by now.
