taken name for a blog

  I tried to create a blog at .wordpress domen. But I got a message that this name is taken already. And when I entered this name to the browser, the page opened with a message that this blog was deleted by the user.
  So, the question is, can I use this name now?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No you can’t. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
