Taken to much money

    Hi, I upgraded my account the 27th, the amount was supposed to be 26$ but checking my account, you’ve reserved 66$ instead, and I don’t understand! I need you to put my money back!

    Hey there.

    Looking at our records, we charged you $26 on 2014-06-27. There wasn’t any other charge from us.

    Perhaps there’s another charge currently on hold on your account? Some times charges can take more than a few days to clear.

    Let your bank catch up with transaction so that you can see our charge for $26 and see where was the other $40 reservation coming from.

    We can take a look at this again when your bank statement updates.
