Taking control?

  I have been assigned the web admin for our daughters coop preschool. The old admin has not returned call or texts about passing on the admin information. How can I go about resetting it?

  Hi There,

  If your blog/website is in WordPress.com, you would have to know which email address is it registered with and have to get access to that.

  You can also reset the password using the “Two factor authentication” but then you would need access to the Phone number used.

  There is also another way to access the blog by providing the “proof of ownership”.

  PS: The easiest way would be to get in reach of the last admin person though.
