  Taking money from my credit card without my approval 02.01.2020, when I don’t have it in my WordPress account settings please get back to me. on (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Hi @zacmycat, there are no purchases under the account you’re contacting us from, do you know the address of the site for which you got charged?
  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ as @staartmees suggested.

  You will be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this. To track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
