Taking My Domains Off WordPress.com

  I have two blogs that I used to manage under a hosting service that are connected to WordPress.com:

  matthewmilam.com
  musings.matthewmilam.com

  Since I am not using these domains on WordPress anymore, how do I get rid of them on my dashboard?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
