Taking over a Domain

  Hi I want to take the site https://consistent.wordpress.com, its says that the author has removed it but i cannot take over it, how can i take over the domain https://consistent.wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  consistent.wordpress.com is no longer available.

  The authors have deleted this site.

  You can’t have it – once deleted a site name is gone forever at WordPress.COM – names are never recycled here
