Taking over an existing WordPress business website

Hello,
I am interested in contacting support regarding the business plan. I am a property manager and we have recently acquired a property that uses WordPress and we would like to find out about keeping the basics of the current operating website and URL. I have not found a form to contact support directly.
Does anyone know the proper procedure to contact a sales department or customer service regarding this matter?

If you have an existing WordPress site, chances are it was built using the open source WordPress software, not WordPress.com, which is something completely different.

That site is indeed using the open source WordPress software, and is currently installed on GoDaddy.com’s servers. The domain is also registered with GoDaddy.
We do not provide support for that version of WordPress, but you can find the support forums and documentation for the software here:
https://wordpress.org/support/
Your hosting plan with GoDaddy might also include a certain level of support for the WordPress software.
You’ll also find many tutorials online for the WordPress software on sites like wpbeginner.com and various Youtube channels, and there are even books on running sites with the WordPress software.
If you want to move that site to be hosted with us on WordPress.com that can be done as well, though there are some things to consider:
You will only be able to transfer the content, i.e. the pages on that site, to a new site with us. The Business Plan will allow you to install the same theme that’s currently in use on that site, and from a quick look at the code in my browser it looks like you’ll be able to use the same plugins here as well, but we don’t currently have an option to import a complete site with theme and plugins intact, so those would have to installed and set up again here after the content has been imported.
