Taking over existing WordPress site from a person who has died
-
I am on the committee for a charitable organisation run by a trust. The person who built and administered the website died, and we do not have a login or password to the site. I am able to transfer the domain to my name. I think it is hosted by Crazy Domains. However, the site is built in WordPress and we do not have access. Can you help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You’re correct in noting that the domain is registered through Crazy Domains. Upon reviewing the details, it appears the website is hosted by Servermule, an Australian hosting provider, and not directly with us at WordPress.com.
Since WordPress.com is a separate hosting provider, our ability to assist with sites not hosted on our platform is limited. Therefore, for the specific assistance you need regarding access to your site, it would be best to reach out directly to Servermule’s support team. They should be able to guide you through the process of recovering access to your site.
