taking over the building of my site from a less than professional person

  I hired someone to rebuild my website. This person has been so unprofessional on so many levels and I can’t ever begin to say… How do I find out my login and password information so I can just take it over myself and get it done properly.

  Can you tell us your site’s URL?

  If your site is hosted with us on WordPress.com, the only way to regain control over the site is if you can prove you’re the owner via our account recovery process:

  Recover Your Account

  If your site is built with the WordPress software at another host, you’ll have to contact that hosting provider instead, as we have no control over such sites.
