Taking site off being live

  I wanted to work on a site but it seems to be live! Can I put it into development mode for a while? Ta http://www.itsyourlondon.wordpress.com

  You can make your site private while you work on it. Go to My Site → Settings and look for Privacy.

  Thanks – I thought I’d done that but it comes up on a general google search for itsyourlondon (my main site) as a ‘protected blog’. Is there a Privacy settling to stop that without deleting the address permanently?

  That search engine result is not one that you can change.

  Thanks for the confirmation. That’s a problem but I’ll have to live with it!
