Taking something off the web…

  There is a question I asked wordpress that is on the web under my name. I didn’t expect that it would be public. Can I take it off?

  Hi,

  I’m not sure what question you’re referring to, but if your name is the name included in your account username, then it also appears in the following locations, all available via the web:

  1. This support forum topic (thread).
  2. Your support forum profile page, linked to by the Gravatar image and the username at the left of the above post.
  3. Your WordPress.com account Gravatar profile page.

  You may ask a WordPress.com staff member about removing all of these instances after calling for staff attention to this topic by adding a “modlook” tag to the sidebar at right.
