TAKING ".WORDPRESS" OUT OF MY URL!!!!

  HELP PLEASE!

  I paid for my own domain, and my URL still looks like “mywebsite.wordpress.com”

  ANY IDEAS on how can I get the “.wordpress” out? Didn’t I pay to have my own domain and URL? (ie mywebsite.com)?
