  I already have domain, cannot access it or manage my existing account. Cannot get a hold of live person

  That site is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. To access that account, you can provide us with the transaction ID as proof of ownership. Then we can restore access to your account.

  Follow these instructions to retrieve that transaction ID from your card statement:

  and then send it to us through this form:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
