  I cannot get on my site to go to the dashboard on files or anything to follow the advice of the AI.

  How can I get ahold of someone from wordpress to help me. I will pay the 8.00 to change my help status BUT my website, domain, everything is GONE.

  Hi there! It’s super frustrating to have your site go down, but I’m afraid that we here at WordPress.com are not actually the right people to help you; your site is not hosted with us, and as far as I can tell from the public records, it doesn’t look like it ever has been.
  
  WordPress itself is a piece of software for building websites. WordPress.com is actually just one of many hosting companies which offers that software — but we are also named after it, so this can often cause confusion. Your site is using the WordPress software, but it is hosted by someone other than WordPress.com
  
  Our Site Profiler tool shows that the hosting provider is Eig. If you contact their support team, they should be able to help you, or at least point you in the direction of someone who can. Good luck!
